Combat Missions use “Security

    Seals”  while  transporting  cash to  

   battle fields, the purpose of the

   “seal” is to avoid unnecessary 

   problems  while Cash is  in  Transit 

   such as pirates and Intentional 

   Coordinated  Thefts both by 

   connivance of transporters and field 

   staff.

    NOTE: only FRB Technical 

   personnel should  unmask the seal 

   in the bills before using them in  

   any economy.  According  to  serial  

   coordinates on the Bills, LEPE  BR3  

   unmasking  machine  is  advised to  

   be used or hired at our sister 

   organizations well known by the 

   Finance Detachment Department.
